Question bank and live classes for PEBC Qualifying Exam Part I

I’m Sahar Khaleel, a pharmacologist. I write every question in the bank and explain why each of its four options is right or wrong. I also teach the material live, online.

Sample questionNot answered before

A 58-year-old woman with type 2 diabetes reports vulvar itching and a thick, white, odourless discharge over the past month. Her medications are metformin 1000 mg twice daily, empagliflozin 10 mg daily, ramipril 10 mg daily and atorvastatin 20 mg daily. Which medication most likely contributed to her symptoms?

Changed for 2027

PEBC held its last Evaluating Exam in October 2026. From January 2027, international graduates with a valid Document Evaluation apply straight to Part I of the Qualifying Exam, which is the exam RxReview covers.

Question bank

I wrote and checked every question in the bank. You can work through it in three ways.

Mock exam

200 questions in 4 hours 20 minutes, the same as the real exam. Answers are shown when you finish.

Practice by topic

Every question on one condition, such as heart failure, with no timer. Answers are shown after each Submit.

Mini test

As many questions as you choose, such as 25, against a timer. Answers are shown when you finish.

Case questions open the patient case in a separate window you can drag and resize, so the question and its options stay where they are.

Your results build into a progress report, split by blueprint competency, so you can see which areas need more work before exam day.

What Part I covers

Each question is tagged with one of the six competencies in PEBC’s 2026 blueprint. These are their approximate shares of the exam.
